I am a movement advocate passionate about helping you feel a sense of home in your body through Pilates. Movement heals, & the body is a powerful tool for success & connection, and when we can listen in & understand, we are met with deep support. I am here to hold space for you & guide you through private Pilates, personalized for just You.

Movement is the answer in my world, and whether you are struggling physically or emotionally, or simply just seeking balance in your life, it can be hard to engage with your body. There is so much information out there telling us how to be “healthy” and “well,” and here at arrive we keep it simple. I welcome all bodies, at all points of their wellness journey, to find deep support & therapeutic strength through Pilates.

After 10+ years in the wellness & fitness industry, I have taught thousands of people with differing abilities, and have discovered a holistic teaching approach to Pilates that integrates mindset to build a movement practice that feels good. We also manage chronic pain, prevent injury, understand body mechanics and help you reach your unique fitness goals. Pilates Offerings

All new clients get a consultation call with me before you purchase to ensure that it is a good fit. I have various offers based on your desired needs & outcomes. We will use our call to answer your questions & talk about what option is best for you.

Private One-on-One Pilates

For those who know moving their body is more than just a work out & are looking for one-on-one support & accountability. Together we will customize a Pilates program for you on a Balanced body reformer & tower that includes mindfulness & energy work, too. In person at Nurture or virtual on a case by case basis.

I specialize in chronic pain, restoring neutral mobility, injury prevention, cross training, preconception care, prenatal, and postpartum recovery.

Group Mat Pilates

arrive offers weekly group mat classes. Mat classes provides you with essential Pilates work outs so you can take your practice home & on vacation with you.

About Annie

I used to be a day dreaming, self doubting, busy ass hustler who always looked on the bright side, even when it didn’t feel so bright. The last few years I’ve dug deep within me to restructure my life in a way that is sustainable, safe & purposeful. There is now enough room for all of me, and I weave these lifestyle changes into every inch of arrive & your experience. My goal is to provide you with space, time & education to feel safe & powerful in your body.

I grew up dancing, studied dance & integrated physiology in college, and became certified in yoga & Pilates. I’ve held roles from instructor to teacher trainer to director to now founder. This teaching thing felt off for years because in large group classes, I felt like I couldn’t fully help people in this setting. I knew 1:1 was the answer.

The work that I do is embodiment work, coming fully into our bodies, through Pilates & movement. I truly believe that a better connection to your glutes or your breath or your injury, leads to more purpose & happiness. Pilates is an educational &holistic method that teaches you how to be in your body & work with it. You will learn that we can approach the same exercises many different ways, and how we initiate and embody the movement will change the exercise entirely, tailored to what you need. In this program we add a little bit of mindfulness ✨spice✨ to engage with it in a more holistic & meaningful way.
