Hi, I'm Amanda. I'm thrilled to be here.

I've been moving my whole life, and dance has been my life's work. As a contemporary ballet dancer, I toured internationally and performed works by world-renowned choreographers in prestigious theatres including The Joyce, the Kennedy Center, Brooklyn Academy of Music, and the Hollywood Bowl. I'm also featured in Bon Iver's Naeem lyric video. Throughout my career, my body was my instrument and my most essential tool, and Pilates is what kept it strong, healthy, and injury free. It also gave me a deep trust in my body, and that trust is what I now get to share with you.

I'm a comprehensively trained and certified Pilates instructor through Balanced Body, trained in CoreAlign, and currently studying to become a Pelvic Floor Corrective Specialist. I've been teaching for over ten years, and I've worked with clients through injuries, surgery, rehabilitation, prenatal and postpartum, and with neurodivergent clients and people with disabilities. I believe Pilates is for everyone and every body. I want you to leave the studio feeling empowered, centered, and more connected to yourself.

Lately, my own body has been my greatest teacher. I'm a brand new mom to my sweet boy, Levi, and motherhood has cracked me wide open. It has been tender, humbling, and more beautiful than I knew how to imagine. I've learned that life's changes and challenges are fertile soil, and that the hardest seasons are often where the deepest transformation and growth begin. I bring that belief into every session.

Wherever you are right now, whether you're healing, rebuilding, growing, or just beginning, you are exactly where you need to be, and there is room for all of you here.

My husband, our pup Arthur, and I are loving making Denver home. Outside the studio, you can find me exploring new hiking trails, hitting the slopes in the winter, or traveling, now with a little one in tow.

I can't wait to meet you.
