The arrive Retreat is a weekend long embodiment & Pilates retreat located in Grand Lake, Colorado for the woman who is seeking self discovery & learning in a fun & aligned space, shared by other healing-feeling girlies just like you.

You know you deserve to feel more than just “okay”. You have been crushing self care & are growing into the best version of you. You have turned inward, paying attention to how you feel and setting boundaries. You are taking your hot girl walks, going to therapy, gua-shaing, tracking your cycle, being kind to yourself, but you still don’t feel fully good. Something is missing, something that self care or binging love island or cuddling your kitties or that $10 juice can't fully provide. You’re ready to step out into the post pandemic world & don’t want to do it alone.

That something is connection and community with other women.

But, you also want to go a layer deeper into your wellness and feel like you have plateaued – you’ve learned all that you can from reading blogs, your therapist & watching tiktoks. You crave a personalized and deeper understanding of your body and posture, what it actually means to be embodied or what your birth chart can really teach you. You are feeling inspired to align your vision and goals and speak them into the universe. You are seeking the actual experiences IRL, and not through the screen. An experience where you can apply all the work you’ve been up to and continue to build upon it.

You crave female friendships and energy. Community over competition. That squealing, jumping up and down, equal parts feral-and-fairy female fun. Sharing our deepest darkest wishes, cheers-ing to the discomfort, the love, the missing. You seek taking up space with your accomplishments and sharing that space with other epic babes. It’s going to take more than a bumble bff date to find it. You want to get out of your safe lil comfort zone.

Daily Movement Classes

Movement has always been an answer to the many questions & needs that we have in life. Take up space & spend your mornings under the sunshine & evenings with the stars flowing with Annie through mat Pilates, Yoga & free movement. You’ll walk away from this retreat feeling the benefits of movement, more connected to core & inspired to continue moving in your daily life.

Soma Breath-work Journey

Breath is our portal to the present moment & portal into our bodies. We will use breath work as a way to embody our intentions, clear our energy & raise our vibration. One afternoon we will join Kelly Turgeon, Soma Breath Facilitator & Trainer, in a 2 hour breath work journey. You learn how to use it as a tool in your daily life and why. You’ll walk away from this workshop in alignment with your truest most beautiful self.

Astrology Workshop & Reading

Part of our work during this retreat is to re-connect to our deepest desires & purpose. We will spend one afternoon gaining clarity & learning a new perspective on how we view ourselves and how we are connected to this universe that we live in. Our guest Astrologer Kate Kettelkamp will lead us through a group workshop “Feral & Fairy” where you’ll explore Venus (your romantic, seductive, relational powers) and Mars (your primal, passionate, driven energies). Tapping into these planets together, through discussion and using YOUR personal birth chart, we will discover secrets of these celestial archetypes and how you can use their energies to bring a more harmonious balance to your personal and professional life. You’ll walk away from this workshop with a new appreciation for all of You, even those quirks or experiences that you have a hard time fully accepting, equipped with practical techniques to cultivate whatever it is that you want in this beautiful life.

Evening Gatherings

Each evening we will gather as the sun sets around an intentionally set table for a family-style dinner prepared by our private chef. After, we can get cozy around an indoor or outdoor fire where we will continue to connect & engage in mindful discussions about what lights us up and scares us! One evening will include a vision & goals workshop, the other a core values workshop. You’ll walk away from this retreat with tangible manifesting techniques, meditations and journal prompts for you to take with you.

On Site Holistic Chef

Indulge in a truly holistic culinary experience during your retreat with our private chef service that goes beyond mere sustenance, focusing on nourishing your Whole body while you engage in all the learning and movement. Our chef, Elizabeth Woodward, will be on-site, crafting meals using locally sourced ingredients that provide the essential nutrients and energy needed for an enriching experience. With our private chef service, your retreat becomes a truly holistic and transformative experience for both mind and body.

Breakfast & lunch will be self serve buffet bars & dinners will be seated family-style gatherings. Snacks will be available all day. All dietary restrictions will be accommodated!

Mountain & Lake Getaway

Located in the Rocky Mountains and 100 miles from Denver, Grand Lake, Colorado is a mountain town nuzzled up to two alpine lakes, Grand Lake and Shadow Mountain Lake. Our cabin sleeps 15 and offers you plenty of outdoor spaces - take your Pilates classes or soak in the hot tub overlooking Mt. Baldy, sun bathe and take space for personal reflection at the private lakefront, or take the paddle boards out exploring with your new friends. You’ll have everything you need here at our private cabin but if you want to explore you are just 1.5 miles from downtown, and 2.3 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park.

Choose your accommodation preference from a private single, shared bunk room, or the best of both worlds, share a private single with a bestie.

Want to skip a movement class to swim or sleep in? No problem. 

Do you need to eat first thing in the morning or are you a late breakfast kind of gal? We can accommodate. 

Want to sun bathe on the dock or would you rather take a hike in Rocky National Park? You have options!
