Introducing Dr. Ashley Jefferies, a chiropractor with a focus in perinatal, postpartum and newborn care. It is her vision to support mothers in this sacred time so that they may have the birth that they desire. While checking the frame of the pelvis through Webster Technique, and instilling ease in the soft tissue structures surrounding the uterus, she provides comfort for mom as baby grows and develops in the womb. The alignment and biomechanics of the pelvis can impact the tension in the uterine and pelvic floor muscles, which may also influence the position and ease of passage through the birth canal.
