The arrive Retreat is a weekend long embodiment & Pilates for the woman who is seeking self discovery & learning in a fun & aligned space, shared by other healing-feeling girlies just like you.

You know you deserve to feel more than just “okay”. You have been crushing self care & are growing into the best version of you. You have turned inward, paying attention to how you feel and setting boundaries. You are taking your hot girl walks, going to therapy, gua-shaing, tracking your cycle, being kind to yourself, but you still don’t feel fully good. Something is missing, something that self care or binging love island or cuddling your kitties or that $10 juice can't fully provide. You’re ready to step out into the post pandemic world & don’t want to do it alone.

But, you also want to go a layer deeper into your wellness and feel like you have plateaued – you’ve learned all that you can from reading blogs, your therapist & watching tiktoks. You crave a personalized and deeper understanding of your body and posture, what it actually means to be embodied or what your birth chart can really teach you. You are feeling inspired to align your vision and goals and speak them into the universe. You are seeking the actual experiences IRL, and not through the screen. An experience where you can apply all the work you’ve been up to and continue to build upon it.

You crave female friendships and energy. Community over competition. That squealing, jumping up and down, equal parts feral-and-fairy female fun. Sharing our deepest darkest wishes, cheers-ing to the discomfort, the love, the missing. You seek taking up space with your accomplishments and sharing that space with other epic babes. It’s going to take more than a bumble bff date to find it. You want to get out of your safe lil comfort zone.

“Starting my days watching the sunrise, followed by an incredible breakfast made by an amazing chef and then warming up with the sun on me and in my eyes while learning from the best, doing Pilates on the grass. The mornings were in my top 10 best moments in life! Biggest take aways: more confidence in myself and my abilities in Pilates and inspiration for new and creative ways to eat clean and healthy. I wanted to do a retreat and naturally, a Pilates retreat with you was even better than what I imagined I would find. The timing was so on point! Absolutely, everything I wanted and more! Outside of her teaching me the proper poses and how to connect with my body, she taught be how to be mindful in my practice as well as life.
