Vision & Goals

Let’s get clear on your vision & goals, because if we don’t know where we are going, we will never get there. What is possible if you actually believed anything is possible? When we can SEE & FEEL our vision & goals, that’s when they become possible.

Vision: my visions inspire me & urge me towards my fullest self.

Your dream day:

write about a dream day from the moment you wake up to the moment you fall asleep.

  • Where are you?

  • Who are you with?

  • What do you do?

  • What do you eat?

  • What is the weather?

  • What are you wearing?

  • How do you feel?

  • Go into as much detail as you possibly can.

Fixed Reality vs Reality:

A fixed reality is when you believe you have the inability to change or shift your reality, and have (un)awareness of the state of things.

Let’s start with a fixed reality. Ask yourself:

  • where do I feel stuck?

  • where do I know something needs to change, but I don’t know how to approach it or have approached it and haven’t experienced change?

  • what are the beliefs I’ve created that are limited my future?

  • example:

    • where do I feel stuck? I feel stuck in this body because Ive felt & looked the same for years.

    • where do I know something needs to change, but I don’t know how to approach it or have approached it and haven’t experienced change? I need to create a routine to hold myself accountable and find consistency, I need to cultivate more self love and less bullying. I’m sick and tired of restarting over and over again. I’m allowed to take breaks and still stay accountable to my goals. I know I can do it but what I am doing is not working.

    • what are the beliefs I’ve created that are limited my future? This is just the way I am. I have ADD and cant focus. This is just my body. Im not strong enough. My injury gets in the way. Something is wrong with me. I’ve tried everything.

    • fixed reality: I can’t feel good in my body because I can’t stay consistent with anything..

Using your fixed reality, begin to answer “wouldn’t it be cool if….” Nothing is off limits.

Examples: “wouldn’t it be cool if…”

  • didnt need a strict routine.

  • I found a routine filled with things I loved.

  • I wasn’t in debt.

  • I loved my body.

  • I slept good every night.

  • I did a pull up.

  • I ran a race.

  • I enjoyed yoga.

  • I inherited a million dollars.

Give it a 2-5 minutes of new ideas, let them flow. Then circle which ones you want to create action on first.

If you feel like you don’t have a clear enough vision, then pause here and give it some time to settle before moving onto goals.

Goals: my goals focus me & challenge me to be fully here. My goals liberate me & hold me accountable to what I want.

Choose 3 categories to set a goal in. It could be health, wealth & relationships or home, work, health.

#1.

#2.

#3.

Once you choose your 3 categories, set a daily, 30 day & 60 day goal for each category (If the following time marks don’t work for you, pick new ones!).

Daily Goal:

30 days:

60 days:

Now, think ahead to a 3 month, 6 month, and 1 year goal.

3 months:

6 months:

1 year:

Phrase your goal as an “I will” statement. If applicable, include a way to measure it & a timeline.

Examples:

  • I will quit my job by September.

  • I will begin a daily movement & journal practice.

  • I will read X amount of books by ______.

  • I will take a trip with my partner every 3 months.

  • I will have $X in savings by _____.

Some goals require a “trickle back” plan. Think about how you are going to get there:

  • What daily or weekly habits will you create or ditch?

  • How will you hold yourself acountable?

  • How will you measure it?

  • Are you goals aligned with your vision? your self worth practice? your core values?
